Ashton Village Trash Pickup Service

Royal Disposal has been selected by the Ashton Village Homeowners Association to provide trash removal services for the neighborhood.

Trash pickup days are Monday and Thursday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

"Valet Service" will be provided and the crews will walk the trash to the truck at the curb.  Trash must be placed near the garage and/or house, visible to collection crews.

Residents must provide their own 45 gallon trash cans or use plastic bags.  A maximum of six (6) garbage cans and eight (8) bags of lawn clippings and or tree trimming bundles will be picked up each collection day.  Tree trimmings must be less than 4 inches thick and tied and bundled in lengths of 4 feet or less and weigh less than forty (40) pounds.

Heavy items such as stoves, refrigerators (FREON MUST BE REMOVED AND TAGGED OR HOMEOWNER must call Royal Disposal at 713-526-1536 to arrange for pickup and WILL BE BILLED EXTRA), hot water heaters and small pieces of furniture will be picked up on the last collection day of the week (Thursday) at no charge.  Limit one item per household per week.  Heavy items must be placed at the curb.

Excluded Items:  Dirt, concrete, large sofas, sofa sleepers, metal items, metal bed frames, garage door openers and large rolls of carpet are not compactable and will be picked up at a charge of $25.00 each are billed directly to the homeowner, who must call Royal Disposal at 713-526-1536 and request that they be picked up separately.  Leave your name, address and phone number (say your phone number slowly and repeat twice), state that you are a resident of Ashton Village and detail your specific request.  Car batteries, tires, car parts, swimming pool chemicals, acid, paint and other chemicals must be taken to the City of Houston Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Facility by the homeowner.
