VanMor Properties, Inc is open Monday through Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm

All annual assessments are billed, received and processed by VanMor Properties, Inc.  All checks must be made payable to Ashton Village HOA and be mailed to VanMor Properties at 8711 Highway 6 North - Suite 270 Houston, TX 77095.  Please be certain to include your account number on your check.   For your convenience, the Ashton Village Homeowners Association also accepts Mastercard and Visa payments.   To pay your fees with Mastercard or Visa please visit www.vanmor.com

You may report issues via our Feedback form, or by email to VanMorProperties@AshtonVillageHOA.com, or by  calling VanMor Properties, Inc directly @ 832-593-7300.

Issues to report include, but are not limited to: irrigation repairs, problems with park equipment, tennis court & lights, flags, lighting at entryway, landscape problems in esplanades, pool problems, issues with life guards, report trash collection issues, to report deed restriction violations in the neighborhood. 

For Medical, Fire and Life Threatening Police Emergencies dial 911. 

For non-life threatening Police Emergencies/Issues dial  713-884-3131.

VanMor Properties, Inc will also be happy to mail copies of the Ashton Village Homeowners Covenants (Deed Restrictions) and  Architectural Review Committee applications.   VanMor Properties, Inc is also responsible for issuing Recreation Center keys (Playground/Tennis courts).
